What materials are used in your bags?
Bags and Backpacks:
We use high-density nylon fabric as the outer material and polyester water-resistant fabric
as the inner material. Sometimes, we also use high-quality faux leather to enhance the
appearance of the product.
What is the warranty period for your products?
1 year against manufacturing defects. Please check warranty policy for further details.
Is the power bank included with the luggage bag purchase?
No, the power bank is not included.
Is the rain cover included with the luggage bag purchase?
No, but you can separately buy it.

The MOQ is?
The MOQ of stock bags is 6 pcs/item/color. The MOQ of bags not on stock and custom bags
is 500 pcs/item/color.
What about the sample fee?
For our first cooperation, we need to charge a sample and shipping fee. The sample fee is
determined based on the specific design. If you select our design, the charges will be
doubled; however, half of the fee will be refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
