Warranty Policy

Our Warranty Artistix products are warranted against manufacturing flaws and workmanship to the original owner. When the product is used for its intended use and under normal circumstances, the warranty is valid.

The warranty covers:
 ● Backpack: Runners, Zip, Buckle, and Stitching.

BACKPACKS

ARTISTIX Warranty
Artistix backpacks are covered by the Artistix Carry-in Warranty. It covers all manufacturing defects in zippers, runners, buckles and stitching caused by workmanship errors for a period of 1 years from the time of purchase.

Warranty is void in the following scenarios: 
● Damages due to natural wear and tear of the product, on usage, over a period of time.  ● Damages caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transport damage (by airlines, for example) 
● Powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames, channels, and all other metallic surfaces.  
● Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents, and scratches on any of the components, tearing of the inner lining, or any other fabric
● Damages from mishandling in transit by the carrier company  
● Damages to the leather trimmings 
● Repairs performed by anyone other than an Authorized Repair Agent 

The steps listed below must be followed by the user to use the Domestic/ International warranty for the product:

● The customer needs to provide the below information by email.

- Current Address
- Contact Number
- Product Details
- Photos of the Claimed Defect (Minimum of 3 photos to accompany the claim)
- Invoice Copy
- Incident Report

CARE & CLEANING:

Artistix luggage is built to last and is covered under a 1-year warranty as long as they are cared for properly. 

● Brush the surfaces, especially the fabric ones, with a dry brush to loosen dust.
● Take a damp cloth and
● If the test is successful, wipe the rest of the bag, changing cleaning cloths as necessary.
● Do not machine wash or machine dry the complete product or any part of it.

WARRANTY FAQ

WILL MY PRODUCT BY ARTISTIX® BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED?
If your warranted product fails due to a manufacturing defect in the material or workmanship, our first option will be to repair it at no expense. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repair is higher than the cost of a new one, we may, at our discretion, choose to replace the product. The 2-way shipping charges will be borne by Artistix.

HOW LONG DOES THE REPAIR PROCESS TAKE?
It roughly takes about 2-3 days for service completion, from the date of receiving your product at the Artistix® Service Centre.

MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. CAN I STILL GET MY PRODUCT REPAIRED?
Expired warranty repair claims are discretionary and chargeable. The charge depends on the extent of repair and the time taken for it. To provide an accurate repair estimate for your product please provide Any supporting images or videos of the damage over mail or what’s app.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT NEED TO BE CLEANED BEFORE REPAIR?
For easier handling as well as for the protection of our staff, we request that all products be cleaned before handover.
